If you encountered any barriers to learning, discuss how you could have overcome them.Week 1.The first week focused around us getting together to finish this project. During this week we identified about different aspects of the market theoretically and practically. The good experience during this week is relates to higher understanding on the concepts of marketing and identified how a business can venture in the market. The bad experience during this week relates toscreening of data which I could have done better. I opted for a single approach to collection of data which really affected my collection of data. Week 2.This week focused on understanding of different aspects of the market and identifying a gap so that a further product could be developed. The second week focused on collection of detailed information on the subject matter. Identifying plethora of sources to understand the market was a very difficult task which I could have done better with guidance of tutor. The positive aspect during this week that I was able to get enough information to get me going for this project. Week 3.This week revolved around screening of data and identifying crucial information for the project. The learning experience during this time is to make appropriate use of plethora of information. The positive aspect about this experience is that I was able to perform well on managing of resources ideally and was able to get hold of crucial information required to proceed further. The negative aspect about this experience is that I felt frustrated as I was not able to sort through the documents and information in a sequential manner. Week 4. The fourth week focused around consulting tutor relating to the proposal I have developed. The learning experience during this period is that I was able to understand other perspective and gain some crucial ideas relates to product development. The interaction with colleagues is a very positive experience as I was able to get different ideas that can be undertaken for this project. The bad experience during this week is that I was lacking behind them in terms of creativity and market research. This section would be emphasized by me if this happened again. Week 5. The fifth week was all about researching the most appropriate processes through which external environment of the business could be analysed.The most effective aspect of the same was regarding the determination of factors which could likely to influence the overall operations of company. However, it was really complex gaining information about political and economical condition of the UK. This is because of the uncertainty. This aspect could have been approached as per newspapers and government websites which could provide useful information.Week 6.This week focused on brainstorming on all the information collected and compiling to make a report.Favourable aspect about the same was in relation to segregation of information which was done effectively as per different sections. However, segregating useful information from the data was very hectic. I could have approached it differently through data management processes to ensure segregation in prior stages itself.
