The specific areas which are covered in the learning contract are the knowledge related to Team work management system Demonstration of effective planning system Analysis of the data collected Monitoring of the feedback. In this paper we are going to enlighten the importance of critical thinking skills in the personality development of the student with regards to the wok based learning. Learning outcome:With the study of project undertaken, I am able to understand:Lo1: The development of the reflective judgment based on the critical thinking skills in termsof Log book, diaries, and tutor feedbackLo2: It helps in analysing the problems and issues associated with work based learning.Lo3: New Opportunities helps in the exploration of the questions related to the self-judging methodologies.Lo4: What are the underlying principles for evaluating the implementation of the project planLo5: Importance of new ideas and thoughtLo6: Coordination with the team members

Section 3 Justification:Every individual gets a clear idea about the concept with the deployment of theoretical and practical knowledge. The internal and external factors help in enhancing working knowledge of the individual. I have experienced that the learning can be improved by utilizing the theoretical and practical work in the curriculum. “The working on the given project helps me to explore and gain knowledge associated to the learning outcomes” (Li, 2012). The coordination between the team members is the core area of every project undertaken for study. The execution of the project depends on the planning structure which was designed by the team members. The analysing of the data helps in the effective interpretation of the working plan. The evaluation of the feedback report gathered from the supervisor helps in improving the performance. I have experienced that follow up of the ethical and moral valuesin the working culture helps in developing the healthy working environment. The purpose of the project is to develop a team spirit in the coordinating units. The study of project helps me to cover all the learning outcome of the project. “The success of the project depends on the effective team management, planning of process and methodologies, analysis of the skills, and monitoring the feedback collected” (Hoskins, 2008). I have chosen the project for study because it helps in aiding techniques to the personality development the process of self-assessment and self-evaluation system. I have collected the opinions and views of the people that the technique of self-judgement works for them to solve the complex problem. From the research, I am able to diagnose my strength, weaknesses, and new opportunities which can under taken to enhance the learning outcome of the project. The big and complex problems can be easily solved with the help of critical thinking process. “The thought process should be enhanced by collecting the information from different sources and different situation”(Buhalis, K. 2011). The theories based on evidences should be taken under consideration. I have experienced that the learning outcome helps in solving the problem with the use of interpretation of the data and information collected from the problem area, information is broken down into various modules for analysis, listing the arguments for the assemblage of logical steps to summarise the complex situation, and finally judging the most appropriate decision which has the quality skills to solve the complex situation. learning outcomes” (Boch, 2005). The strategy should be used for the management of critical thinking in the reading and writing the situation. The strategy is based on the questions like what, when, who, whom, how, which, and most crucial is why. “The text of the critical thinking is based on logical arrangement of the arguments for solving the problematic situation” (Prince, 2004). The external sources are used for generating the critical reviews on the writing and reading skills. “The study of the project helps in the demonstration of the negative and positive reasons associated with the research helps in providing best alternative for solving the situation” (Dunlosky, 2013). Section 4: MethodsI have chosen the simulation of the project to clearly achieve my learning outcome. The learning can be improved by carrying the practical work so that I can predict out my mistakesand corrected them for future reference. “The case study of undertaken gives the theoretical review of collecting knowledge” (Cheng, 2011). The indulging of simulation model is the best way for improving communication practices and learning experience. I have prepared a log book while working on the simulation model of the project. According to my point of view, simulation is the best method for study because it helps us to gain real life experience. The focus of the research study is to enlighten the work based learning attitude of the student for self-enhancement by making self-reflection. “The problematic situation can be easily handled through the deliverables of the work based learning experience” (Wirth, 2015). The action plan should be prepared by visualizing the intellectual problems and the area of concerns. The examination and the collection of information related with the work based learning can be done with the division into four sectors which can be named as planning, deployment, surveillance, and reflection. The process of planning focuses on the development of the framework which is based on the past experience, learning material, measurement of success and failures, use of learning resources, and other parameters. It helps in analysing the flaws and obscure which occurs in the past history of the student. The strength and weaknesses can be clearly identified. The identification of the problem can be easily done with the deployment of improved communication techniques.

The advantages and disadvantages of chosen alternatives help in identifying the possibility ofthe solution to cope up with the situation. The work based learning should be applied on the different models generated by the different suggestions given on the current problematic situation to measure the effectiveness of the solution. The reflection is the method used for self-reflecting through the self-assessment program on the basis of data collected through the medium of success and failure of the alternatives used for overcoming the problematic situation. The checklist should be prepared for getting the correct details of data related with the self-assessment of the situation.The preparation of the learning logbook helps in collecting evidence for increasing learning experience. The ideas and feeling expressed in the log book can be used for the future reference. Section 5: Time Table:The planning of the simulation study of project should be designed before hands so that learning experience can be enhanced. The simulation learning is completed in different phases which are divided in to the study of 10 weeks. In the week 1, the strategy is prepared for completing the study of the project.In week 2, we have worked as a team for collecting the different views and ideas of the team member. In week 3, we are gathering information to analyse the decision for creating new opportunities and aim. In week four, we will work in regards to take final decision. The study through simulation weeks helps in creating the log book, table, grid, stakeholder analysis. The log table added in the Appendix which specifies the action and the learning outcome in the simulation weeks undertaken. Section 6: Evidences of accomplishmentIt has been seen that the method of work based learning concept is important for the students because it helps solving the issues which the student can face in their working curriculum. The independency of the students should be promoted through the conclusion drawn from thesituation and the power of reasoning to give the judgement of the situation. The behaviour of the student can be judged by the power of analysing the situation and generating the creative thinking and procedures about the problem area. It helps in providing immediate feedback on the basis of ideas and thoughts. The power of memorizing the potential pitfalls helps in enhancing the creative thinking of the student. The new skills can be added from

summarizing the situation with the help of logical arrangement of the information. “The synchronization of information collected from the different sources helps in creating logical sequence of the information to derive the most relevant and possible solution for the scenario” (Anderson, 2015).
