Task – 01a) Ethics can be considered as one of theimportant aspect for conductingorganisational business effectively and it isalso the most essential element forincreasing the organisational performancefor enhancing the productivity. Ethics isabout the moral behaviour which anindividual should practice and in anotherwords, choosing to do the right things overwrong can be recognised as ethics (Bietti,2020). This ethical aspect needs to beperformed every segment of the life forachieving prosper and putting out thehumanity first. There are certain thingswhich influences ethics and help toestablish effectively for conductingorganisation business. The three ethicsinfluencing factors are being providedbelow – Legal Interpretations – The laws ofthe country made by thegovernment can influence the ethicsin the social life and also in thebusiness world. There are certainrule and regulation which has beenprovided to the citizens of thepeople to follow and if anyone failedto do so, that individual will beaccused of breaking the law fordoing unethical activities. Accordingto law which has been provided bythe government when an individualdoes any unethical activity then therequired punishment will beprovided for discouraging otherpeople to break the law (Collymore,2020). interpretations can influence theethics. Organisational Factors – Forconducting organisational business,ethics is important for having aconsistent profitable businessplatform. The organisations andcompanies have certain reputationto maintain and that can berecognised as trade value. Thetrade value of the organisationincreases when the organisationconduct their business in an ethicalway. Such as - making productswhich are not harmful to theenvironment and also the productsthat are not harmful to the generalpublic health standard code. In thisway, the organisational factorsinfluence the ethics.Individual Factors - The individualfactors that can influence the ethicsare morality, personal values, lifeexperiences and family influences.These are the factors which canmake an individual to avoid doingthe unethical activities. When themorality of a certain individualbecomes righteous, the ethics withinrises which forbids an individualfrom doing the unethical activities. b) Workplace ethics are important in anorganisation for increasing theperformance level of the employees withinthe organisation to improve theproductivity. As the productivity of theorganisation increases, the profitability ofthe organisation increases with it too.There are some incidents which arefrequently happening in the organisationsin the recent days and those incident arisesbecause of the unethical activities thatoccurred in the working place (Freeman etal., 2020). The present world is facing acrucial situation of coronavirus pandemicand during this time, people are instructedto stay at home and not go outside formaintain the social distancing segment.This is why, the usage of internet hasincreased and Facebook has been themost used social media during this time.People are using this platform to connectwith each other and also for conductingtheir work. Facebook has created aplatform for the virtual business which hasallowed people to sell their products andalso to promote their products and servicesin a very reasonable price. For per click onthe advertisement, Facebook chargesabout 0.97 $ (Lubis et al., 2020). This iswhy, Facebook became very popular forpeople of worldwide. But in the recentdays, there has been a major issues arises4
