INTRODUCTION
Montessori is education method which based on self-directed activity, hands on learning
as well as collaborative play (reference). Within Montessori classrooms children make creative
choice within their learning and classrooms have highly trained teacher who offer age-
appropriate activities for guiding the procedure (Bone, 2019). Along with this, children conduct
activities within group and also individually for exploring knowledge related to world as well as
also develop their maximum potential.
This reflection will going to conduct discussion Montessori educational philosophy along
with its vision and Values. Moreover, aspects of educational practices will elaborate which help
in Montessori vision as well as purpose. Furthermore, practices which help in my personal and
professional development also identified as well as for learning these continuous professional
development plan will design which help me in developing my skills.

been designed.
After going through entire discussion it has been summarised that, Montessori is
education method which based on self-directed activity, hands on learning as well as
collaborative play. While working as an Montessori trainers i leraned several skills which will
help me in opening my nursing in future. Within Montessori classrooms children make creative
choice within their learning and classrooms have highly trained teacher who offer age-
appropriate activities for guiding the procedure. In simple term it can be said that, Montessori
education play important role in educating child within effective manner as well as also help in
their physical, social, emotional and so on level. Moreover, there are several skills which needed
within educator as well as they also require continuous development for which proper plan has
been designed.
