individual, group or organisation.
It leads, influence and guide other groups

2018). A leader has ability to motivate a
group of people towards achieving a
common goal.
Moral dimension of leadership such as integrity,
fairness, equity, social justice and respect for all
members. It is important to treat everyone equally
so that members can work efficiently. Leaders
should take decision after analysing situation and
fair decision should be taken. Moral dimension
play a crucial role in success of company.

extremely important for leaders to focus upon moral dimension so that they can work

fairness, equity and social justice.
• Moral values and behaviours of the leader also impact the employees.

can be recommended to the business that the ethics and principles of the leader should
be positive and in favour of the organisation's ethics and goals.
