There are basically six division of construction. The organisation offer various lavish properties to the consumers. They are also building new properties to rent out to various individuals. The company was founded by John Morgan and Jack Lovell in 1977(Subramony, and et.al 2018). Due to the ethical practices the
organisation has seen an immense growth in the industry. There are various expansion Projects of the White chapel station in 2021. In the recent years the revenue which is accumulated by the company is 3,212.8 million. The corporation has subsequently improvise various activities to achievesustainableperformanceinthemarket.Therearevariousnewtechnological advancements which the company has implemented in order to generate more profits in the market. With the new technology they are making the homes healthier in England. They are one of the major companies which provide to develop the in-house platform. The leaders of the organisationhasmotivatedtheemployeesinordertoimprovisetheproductivityofthe workplace. With the help of various methods which includes promotion and recognition. They had managed to enhance the overall productivity of the organisation(Amrutha,and Geetha, 2020). This report also conclude about 4Ps of marketing mix and it also conclude about HR functions and there function and roles which they play in organization for their development and growth and if in organization the HR will not play their responsibility with sincerity then they management of organization have to face many problem and may be it is not possible to achieve the target of organization.
