objectives in an effective manner. Morgan Sindal group is a leading organisation in UK. The
construction company is headquartered in London and provides employment to various
individuals (Ren, Tang, and Jackson, 2018). They provide property services and build various
infrastructure for the private and public companies. It was founded by John Morgan and Jack
Lovell in 1977. Due to the ethical practices the construction company has seen an immense
growth in the market. The report aims to analyse about understanding the management structure
and the role of marketing in a systematic manner. Effective marketing of products and services
helps the organisation to generate more profits in the market. On the other hand, in this report
there will be brief discussion about the management structure of the organisation. Along with
that, there will be brief discussion about various advantages and disadvantages of the
management structure. There needs to be a systematic workflow in the market structure. It helps

the company could capitalise to achieve a serious growth in the future.

Morgan Sindal Group is British leading construction corporation. The organisation is
headquartered in London. They are offering employment to almost 6700 individuals. The
company is currently operating in public and private sectors. There are basically six division of
construction. The organisation offer various lavish properties to the consumers. They are also
building new properties to rent out to various individuals. The company was founded by John
Morgan and Jack Lovell in 1977 (Subramony, and et.al 2018). Due to the ethical practices the

organisation has seen an immense growth in the industry. There are various expansion Projects
of the White chapel station in 2021. In the recent years the revenue which is accumulated by the
company is 3,212.8 million. The corporation has subsequently improvise various activities to
achieve sustainable performance in the market. There are various new technological
advancements which the company has implemented in order to generate more profits in the
market. With the new technology they are making the homes healthier in England. They are one
of the major companies which provide to develop the in-house platform. The leaders of the
organisation has motivated the employees in order to improvise the productivity of the
workplace. With the help of various methods which includes promotion and recognition. They
had managed to enhance the overall productivity of the organisation (Amrutha, and Geetha,
2020). There are various improvements which the company is establishing in order to achieve
the desired goals and objectives systematically. They are operating their business in various
regions. They are using new methods and approaches in order to diversify their business in
different countries. The situation is critically changing and the organisation is capitalising on
various opportunities to become more profitable in the industry. Creating inspiring places is the
main motive of the company. The corporation is also providing the affordable homes to various
consumers in the market. They had managed to attract various new customers in the industry.
Management structure can be described how the company will carry out various activities
in the workplace. The structure helps the company to carry out the operations in an effective
manner. Morgan Sindal group follows a strategic direction in which the leaders of the company
works in a uniformed way. There are various framework and principles which the company is
following in order to become more profitable in the market. The organisation follows the matrix
structure in which there are different departments and division. This structure was developed by
ken Olsen in 1988. It is a hybrid structure in which various departments are formed to make the

divided effectively in the workplace. The main focus of the company is to attract various
individuals in the market and with the help of ethical practices they are achieving it in an
effective manner.

various decisions which need to be taken by the management effectively to achieve the overall
growth in the market. The main focus of the company is to provide the essential services
effectively top attract various potential customers on the market. They are providing the new
homes to various customers at an affordable rate. They had seen an immense growth in the

can achieve sustainable performance in the industry and could gain a competitive advantage over

to recruit right candidates and then making them talented and capable employees that results in
the growth of the organisation. In context of respective company, which is in Morgan Sindal
Group, HR manager is also responsible to hire candidates as per the requirement of the different
job profiles and positions in the business organisation. Third is Employee relation, when the
HRM team makes these right candidates into perfectly trained and skilled employees for its
organization, it maintains good and strong relations with them for retaining these highly talented
and skilled employees within their business organization for future. This retention is necessary
and important for its organization as these highly trained and skilled employees will lead to the
organization to grow and develop in the future (Stone, Cox and Gavin, 2020). This retention is
done in various methods and ways that are financial and non-financial. The HRM team provides
its employees with various monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions along with
appraisals and appreciations and other incentives for their retention within the business
organization. Fourth is Talent development, talent development is structural framework for
employees in the business organization by the HRM team for attracting, developing, motivating
and also for retaining all their highly trained and skilled and productively engaged employees for
the business organization. The HRM team can take help of various talent development programs
and schemes by individualizing growth plans, providing various mentorship opportunities to
their employees and also by building partnerships all around the country and even by nurturing
growing mindset among their highly skilled and trained employees.

From this above report it has been concluded that management structure, role of marketing and
human resources are very important function for their organization because it help organization
to operate their activities very smoothly and this will create good opportunity for management to
accomplish their objectives with effective way and organization performance will also increase
and they will able to fulfil those needs and desire of market and they also have opportunity to
capture huge customers in market. In this report it also conclude that it will discussed in brief
about background of their organization so that it will clear between all employees that for what
they work and what they have to achieve objectives of their organization and it also conclude
that the state of management structure of organization is also covered in which management
decide whole structure of their organization so that it becomes easy to operate the functions of
their organization activities and this report also includes the advantages and disadvantages of
management structure so that management use their advantages in their organization to compete
their competitors in market and they able increase their production level and management also
about their disadvantages so that they able minimise those disadvantages in their organization so
that it will not impact the organization profit. This report also conclude about 4Ps of marketing
mix and it also conclude about HR functions and there function and roles which they play in
organization for their development and growth and if in organization the HR will not play their
responsibility with sincerity then they management of organization have to face many problem
and may be it is not possible to achieve the target of organization.
