The organisational behaviour is the application of knowledge and study which identify
how people and individual behave in the organisation. This is the systematic approach which
apply appropriate knowledge to improve group and individual performance. The aim of this
report is to identify cultural model that is implement by the organisation. It also recognises how
culture improves effectiveness of the organisation and motivate employees to accomplish
company's goal. The organisation can use appropriate model of culture to enhance scope of
business success. The report summaries that positive culture enhance employees motivation and
improve their performance level to accomplish organisational goal. The respective company
adopt Handy cultural Model to create positive environment of company. This will improve
working culture of employees and contribute productive success to the organisation. The culture
enhance company effectiveness and focus to improve communication level because satisfied
employee deliver productive services to increase customer base of company.

INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is directly associated with prediction, understanding and control
of human beings in the company. The purpose of organisation behaviour is revitalise theory of
organisation for better performance. It is the effective interface among human behaviour and
organisation itself. The purpose of organisation behaviour is to analyse employees’ behaviour
and their responses towards working situation. By applying appropriate model of organisation
culture, company can enhance organisation's effectiveness. The chosen organisation for this
report is Morrisons, it was established in the year 1899 by William Morrison (About Morrison,
2021). It is biggest supermarket hub of UK which deals in retail segments at very affordable
prices. The report highlights upon the organisational culture of the organisation and how it
improves company's effectiveness. It evaluates role of culture on employee's motivation and how
company use culture for their further enhancement.
TASK
Identify organisational culture
The organisational culture is the appropriate collection of practices, values, expectations
and guide which inform actions to each team members. A great organisational culture inculcates
positive traits within the organisational members which improve performance of company and
contribute productive quality. The company culture is developed through consistent and
authentic behaviour in the organisation. The organisational culture is the element of internal
values and behaviours of employees (Anwar and et.al., 2020). It combines beliefs, experience,
way of thinking and future expectations. It includes organisation's mission, objectives,
expectations and values which provide proper assistance to the employees. The positive
organisational culture promotes employee's engagement, productivity and performance within a
company. Morrisons focus to enhance their organisational culture because it motivates employee
to execute productive performance in the company and accomplish objectives. Morrison
implement Handy Cultural Model to improve organisation's culture.
The model of handy cultural model is associated with structure of organisation culture.
The Handy cultural model is the popularised framework which categorised organisation culture
into four types-
