International Journal of Engineering Technology, Management and AppliedSciences, 2(6), 39-42.”Summary of JournalThis journal article explained the fact that all the employees require motivation withinworkplace in order to perform in an efficient manner. It also provided an argument on the factthat few employees are motivated through monetary rewards and others are motivated throughrewards and recognition (Ganta, 2014). Strengths and WeaknessesMajor strength of the current journal is that it explains employee motivation levels ofemployees within the workplace have a drastic impact on their productivity. Moreover, itexplained in a clarified manner that employees those remain motivated in work remainpersistent, creative and productive in offering superior quality work. Despite such strengths, the article had certain limitations as it failed to explain therelationship between employee motivation and organization performance. Additionally, thearticle lacked details on explaining the creative strategies focusing on which the employees canstay motivated and their performance is improved along with increased productivity of thecompany (Chen, Hsieh & Chen, 2014).
