INTRODUCTION
Development of employee effectiveness in organization require motivation, it is the best
techniques which improves the quality of performance of individual or team member who
perform for the particular task. Motivation beneficial for improvement in quality of performance
(Novitasari and et.al., 2021). Multiple authors develops motivational theories for business
growth and effective performance management in work culture. Modern workplace refers to the
organization where owner highly consider utilization and applies innovation technology
advancement in their effective performance expansion. This report provides information about
benefits of motivation and which type of motivation theories improves the modern work place.
MAIN BODY
Motivation
Motivation is effective process provides guidance, improving effectiveness, develop
initiative and increase confidence for the specific goal and it influences the individuals quality of
work behaviour. Every day motivation is the best technique which develop higher involvement
of employee towards with the origination (Su and et.al., 2021). Example like employee daily
work for specific task, and they become bore with the same work, so its essential that company
provides them some new approach, provide some benefits to them and many more motivations.
Different theories of motivation
Maslow's motivation theory
Hierarchy of needs theory is based on the level of priorities. It's clearly explained that
management training, motivation, satisfaction, employee health are essentials for organization
growth. Every individual when they do job they mainly want their basic needs can fulfil like
food, shelter, sleep, cloths. Next one is safety need when employee perform for particular task,
their owner and management has to focuses on provides them to safety work culture and gives
them health insurance, family insurance. Third one is important that company consider and
manage good relationship, develop friendly environment, because it will improve attraction
towards with the business. Completion of third needs next is esteem where employee wants
respect, some freedom, so they feel like they have some power and feels goods, so people
become more motivated, and they highly focus on the business object completion. And the last
one is self actualization, individual motivation the best practice is that they analyse what they
