Maslow hierarchy of needs:
There are five stages that should
be considered by the managers
to motivate employees and to
fulfill the basic needs of the
workers. The five stages that
should be considered are:
Psychological stage, safety
needs, love and belongingness
needs, esteem needs and self
actualization needs (Healy,
2016).
IntroductionMotivation is one of the essential
factor that should be present in the
employees. It is the duty managers
to lead and inform the managers by
motivating them (Wlodkowski and
Ginsberg, 2017). Motivation is the
considered as the internal feelings
that is importnat to be enhnaced by
the higher authoritY (Peters, 2015).
