Motivational theories
Motivation is the process of stimulating people to action to accomplish the goals and
objective. Along with this also means the needs, desires, drives and wants within the group
or individuals.
Maslow states about that motivated and people to achieve the certain needs and that needs
take more preferences over others.
Physiological needs-
This requires the satisfaction and most important as all other needs to be become
more secondary until these needs are not met. In addition, this could be required of food,
