Introduction:
Regional garden Ltd is a medium size organization whose deals with the gardening
industry. They open their large garden once or twice in a year for exhibition and public
inspection. Their main office situated at Bathurst where all the management and monitoring
works are controlled. They have estimated 70 employees who are responsible for managing all
process of the exhibitions and company’s activities. The all have their own laptop or desktop
where they can manage and store all the information. Recently they are facing issues to store and
manage vast information and decided to move their infrastructure to cloud. As their old systems
are getting robust and incapable of process all the raw data. They are considering to automate all
the business process by taking services of cloud service provider to manage and monitor all the
data. After consulting with some experts they are concluded to choose PAAS or IAAS for cloud
based infrastructure.
Section A: Automation Approach
As the technology is emerging in a rapid way, it is changing all the old methods and
techniques. Automation is a suitable example of that as it lessen the labor resources and provide
organizations modified approach. By utilizing automation Regional Garden can transmit and
encode data, letters and worksheet in digital forms. Automation is been essential for Regional
Garden as their business is growing and all of their system is backdated, unable to produce
efficient results required to manage and monitor information and proper execution. There are two
approaches were explained as Record and Playback and data driven frameworks.

Data driven techniques consists of test scripts that work together with associate data sets
within an organization. When the workflow is tedious it can be suitable to use this framework. It
is especially useful when dealing with a large dataset to efficiently test the applications.
