Project management plan
Project management plan is an essential tool in meeting the requirements of the project i.e.
objective by identifying different stages and critical aspects that have to be regularly evaluated.
Key stages of Project Management: There are five main stages of project management and

The main advantages of using project management plan is that it helps in gaining a clarity
regarding the different work objectives that are to be achieved and also helps in clearly
segregating the different duties of the project members. The potential chances that the desired
objectives can be achieved also increases and optimization in the resource utilization occurs
which helps in developing and implementing correct budget distribution.
Critical aspects
Cost: Cost factor indicates the overall cost distribution on the required resources for research
completion and implementation of the findings. The current research would cost £650 for
conducting the research and £1500 for implementing the findings drawn.
Scope: Scope indicates the reach or extension of the research being conducted and the
conclusions being drawn (RICHNÁK, 2018). The findings of the research can be referred by the
different retail organizations operating in UK and will depict only the impact that globalization
practices have on the functioning of different organization units.
Time: There are multiple milestones that will have to be covered in the research and on an
approximate basis, the total number of weeks required for research completion are 11 weeks. The
research practices will help in meeting the true aims of the research.
Quality: The quality of the research mainly relates the relevance of the sources being used or the
analysis and interpretation activities being undertaken. In the present research, quality will be a
key aspect to be considered where the sources referred will be of utmost prevalence thus helping
in developing relevant and meaningful conclusions.
Communication: Communication at every stage is an instrumental part in ensuring that the
direction in which research is headed is checked and verified regularly. Her a well, the scholar
will regularly communicate the findings to the stakeholders, the management of the company
and to the supervisor of their research project.
Documentation: Necessary documents such as journals, questionnaire documents, responses
recorded etc. will be maintained regularly by the research which will help in ensuring and
verifying the work that researcher is doing (Sztorc, 2018). It will also become easier to gain the
feedback comments regarding the work that has been done.

Risk: Risk indicates what are those areas or aspects that might act as barriers in the overall
research completion and how they can be adequately mitigates by analyzing their impact and
likelihood in advance. Failure in collection of data from accurate resources which will draw
correct results is the biggest risk which might arise and this will be minimized and eliminated by
the researcher in ardent manner (Lechner, 2016).
Resources: Researcher will require human resources, technical resources, equipment’s etc. that
are instrumental in the research completion and draw correct and justified measures accordingly.
Work Breakdown Structure
Work Breakdown Structure basically indicates that how different work activities are categorized
and sub- categorized into different headings and sub- headings. These denote different main
activities and further the sub-activities that need to be completed. For the existing research
project into exploration of the different activities that need to be completed can be identified in
following context:
Gantt Chart
Gantt chart basically denotes visual representation of the sequential flow in which activities will
move and the approximate time that will be taken for the completion of every activity (Žilić,
