1 Update your last week’s work During the first two week I had focused on determining
and selecting a suitable topic and aim and objective of the
project that meets the assignment criteria and provided
brief. Once I had finalized that the topic and set the
research aim and objective the next step of work and
activity is to conduct and lead out a project management
plan that comprises of the setting out proper cost, scope,
quality, risk and their key components that are vital to
achieve and meet the set objectives. Further, a small scale
research is being undertaken by me based on qualitative
and quantitative set of the data. The undertaking of the
current small scale research tends to includes and
comprises of the collection of data along with leading and
supporting its effective analysis and presentation. After
that, the next task and activity comprises of the leading
out the suitable conclusion ad research result along with
supporting the investigation with valid recommendations
and areas for improvement.
2 Problem encountered and
how did you handle the
problem?

What barriers did you face?
The key barriers that are being faced by me during the
first two week tend to comprises and based on the
complexity faced in selecting and identifying suitable
research topic. Beside this, planning and supporting

effective strategy making to achieve the set aim and
objective is also tending to be faced by me during the first
two week of the project. Further, many issues and
challenges associated with collection of the apathetic and
reliable set of the data has been also faced by me along
with issues and complicity faced in supporting effective
data analysis and presentation. Beside this, leading out
effective research outcomes and set recommendation is
also a complex process that lead to issue of valid data
collection and effective undertaking of research analysis
to achieve the set objective. Beside this, limited access to
resources along with limited time are also the main
challenges and problem faced by me during undertaking
current investigation.
How did you overcome them?
To overcome and eliminate the risk and issue of the
limited resources and lack of effective planning, use of
project management plan is being made by me. The use
of project management plan supports a written document
that comprises of effective strategy and planning about
key aspect of a project such as determining the cost,
quality level, scope etc. thus supports better project
management. Along with this, to have effective
management of time to mitigate the risk of the time
constraints use of the various management tool such as
Gantt chart and WBS has been also made. The use of the
Gantt chart supports a systematic presentation of all
activity along with clear presentation of time that ensures
effective management of time. Beside this, use of Work
break down structure better bifurcation of activity in

small manageable chunks that supports higher efficiency
and mitigate risk of overlapping of work. Besides this, to
ensure the proper undertaking of research work use of
both primary as well as secondary source of data
collection has been made that provided significant data to
meet and analysis set objective. Finally, use of pie charts
and other statistical tools has been also made to supports
better analysis and presentation of facts which supported
effective research results and valid outcomes.

I feel exhausted at the time when I faced problem but at
that time I made se of my critical thinking to come up
with effective strategy and plan to overcome that
problem and timely complete the task.

I tend to perform in an effective and efficient manner and
contributed 100% of my skill and knowledge level to
achieve the set aim and objective. Further, I will focus on
to have improvement in my communication skill to have
better collection and analysis of data along with focusing
ion better management of time for timely achievement of
set aim and objective. The learning of current project
comprises of better undertaking of research method

along with practical experience of undertaking a research
project that supports improved undertaking of project in
future. Beside this, efficient communication skill, time
management along with research and managerial
competency would also be applied by me in future to
have better performance.

Yes, I faced the risk and issues in effective management of
time that reflects the lack of time management skill.

The project issues that has been identified and observed
by me is relaetd with the time required in collection and
selection of authentic set of data along with maintaining
the privacy and reliability of the selected facts.

Effective management of the resources along with
ensuring and leading collection of the authentic and
reliable set of the data is tend to be my priority.
Have you set aside adequate time for pass completion?
Yes, adequate is being aside by me to have and ensure
the pass completion of the current project. The use of the
effective statistical tool and management techniques such
as Gantt chart and WBS has been made along with

supporting effective planning and time management
based on use of project management plan.

All the task and activity are systematically and clearly
presented with the help of the Gantt chart that supports
timely achievement and accomplishment of all task.
Beside this, the making use of the WBS and project
management plan also mitigate and reduce the chances
of chaos and conflicts that ensures timely completion of
project task along with reducing the risk of overlapping of
task.
Beside this, the making use of effective research method
and tool such as quantitative and qualitative set of
research method along with use of primary and
secondary sources of data supported collection of facts in
most cost and time efficient manner that supported the
on time completion of the set activity.
