This presentation is a case study on Tesco, focusing on the implications of equality and diversity within the workplace. It aims to analyze the impact on working standards and identify ways to increase equality and diversity among employees. The research methods used are qualitative, and the findings highlight the effective management of equality and diversity by Tesco. The desirable outcomes received by Tesco through increasing equality and diversity are also discussed. The analysis of the findings reveals that Tesco has a highly diversified workforce with a strong focus on innovation and equal working opportunities. Recommendations are provided for Tesco to further enhance diversity and equality within the company.
