Present project is for music concert for promoting products of Mark & Spencers. Also, the main purpose of the project is related to completed project on time by establishing project scope and matrices, so that all the task will be completing on time. Aims & objectives Aims To successfully organise music concert in order to promote the products of M&S. Objectives To successfully development and implantation of all procedure of project. To follow productive guidance, efficient communication and adaptive supervision of project team. To optimisation of allocated necessary input for project. Project plan Overview of project Overview The name of project is M&S music concert which will be help in London, UK. Music concert is a community event that is oriented the live performance of instrument playing and singing which is based on the theme of nationality (Armenia, Dangelico and Pompei, 2019). This event will be organised at outdoor place that covered by tents, placed with stages, sound system and other signing performance. That kind of project will be organising at River stage, National theatre, Upper ground, London UK. Purpose The main purpose of music concert is related to promoting the products of Mark & Spencer by targeting large number of audience at music concert. Also, this is the better way for providing chance to singer who can get better exposure chance. That kind of event help to creating better bonding which can promote different culture and background by conducting fashion show in mid of concert related to trending clothes offer by M&S. Scope
The scope of project management is to define structure features and functions of product by providing information that is required to start as project which includes features of products that need to be meet all the requirement of stakeholder. then successfully completed the given project by following all the aspect of project. Also, with the help of this concert M&S can attract large number of audience. Deliverables Project life cycle- Project initiation- This is the first stage of the project ins which aim, objective, vision for the project are decided by accomplish the process of document by secure approvals from stakeholder. Also, some of the element are project scope, deliverables, resources, milestone and timeline (Tereso, Ribeiro and Ferreira, 2019). All the activities are depend on this phases which help to make it effective. Project planning- This is the second phase which is related to project infrastructure in order to achieve goal by budget constraints also by analysing the risk in the project. This is kind of roadmap that is related to blueprint of success. Also, this phase help to understand not only vision of the project but also understand the precisely by how to reach finish line in the given time and budget. Executing phase- This stage is necessary stage of the project in order to allocate the project by project deliverables are produced by taking weeks, years, months etc. Also, this phase including team development, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance activities on the informal and formal basis so that plan can be executive ins effective manner. Monitoring and controlling- This is the process of keeping eye on actual process of project which is against plan and corrective actions which are necessary for the project. Also, it is necessary to analyse the vigilant with tracking and reporting (Stanitsas, Kirytopoulos and Leopoulos, 2021). Then, it is necessary to focus on anticipated end point such as cost, schedule and quality deliverables that help for reviewed for quality and measured acceptance criteria.
