be influenced by it. The event coordinator is the person in charge of organising the event's many
components (Zigomo, 2022). The event organiser has been one of the persons who is in charge

criminality at event sites. To avoid such a catastrophe, it is critical for the event coordinator to
protect the information of the attendees as well as the valuable items they are carrying. They
must also guarantee that cameras and other equipment are properly arranged in order to prevent
stealing and other illegal actions. It is suggested that the event organiser provide for an electric
car to transport guests to and from the event place. It is necessary to avoid contamination and to
reduce carbon output. There were a lot of people that attended the event while it was being
organised.
Since everyone is driving their own car, there is more traffic on the roadways, which puts
stress on public transportation. Since the number of motorists on the road, it also causes more
