World music, for instance (sometimes referred to as international music or global music) is a musical classification incorporating several diverse classes of music from around the world, which comprises various genres including some kinds of Western music embodied by folk music, plus a number of forms of cultural music, neotraditional music, aboriginal music, and music in which more than one national convention, such as traditional music and Western popular music, intermingle (Wuttipong, 2012). Music industry involves a unique form of art.It encompasses auditory and lyrical representation of stories and messages. In this industry one will realize that all artistic works involve mottled constructions of rhythm, instrumental collaboration, and words (Hracs, Jakob, & Hauge, 2013). Music gives addressees with understanding of personal experiences and also in-depth elucidations of the world around us. No song composition is similar and musical aptitude is shown in various forms. A songwriter is an expert salaried to transcribe words for musicians and tunes for records, characteristically for a popular music type such as country music or rock. Sometimes a songwriter can as well be referred to as a composer, even though the latter word tends to be applied primarily for people from the classical music category(Biddle, 2013).The stress from the music industry to create popular songs implies that songwriting is usually a role for which the responsibilities are disseminated amongst several individuals. Recording Engineers, on the other hand, give the sound of an album a shape(Bielmeier, 2013). These professionals mix, edit, record, and mix artistic sounds through their selection of, setting levels, sound manipulation skills, and microphones. In numerous music workshops, the Recording Engineer functions as the Producer, supervising both arty and technical essentials of the recording period. Songwriting and record engineering roles fascinatingly align with my personal goals and interests. Undoubtedly, in the course of my program, I have developed essential qualities of a songwriter. Various qualities such as ability to partner well with lyrics and chord progressions looked for in an efficient songwriter are adequately portrayed in my traits as an inspiring composer. In addition, the program has developed my skills and competence into a better sound engineering professional. The traditional-style apprenticeship tactic to learning how to write artistic works especially songs is being complemented by college diplomas and college degrees “commonly referred to as rock schools”. The music industry is developing tremendously and as such songwriters also need to enhance their skills, experience, and general knowledge. Understanding of contemporary music know- how (computer sound editing, sequencers, and synthesizers,), songwriting rudiments and business abilities are now often essential necessities for a songwriter(Marshall, 2013, October). With time, this role will emerge the most paying role in the music industry and great growth prospective is foreseeable. In addition, the diverse changes in the music industry are also unlocking potential for record engineer role. Every day, every session, every gig, record engineers are striving harder to gain the best from their audial signal processing gadgets. As times moves by, professionals holding this role are working tirelessly to compete sonically. For instance, they are being required to thoroughly master the forthcoming and new devices in order to record, mix, and edit music content will ease while in the studio. It is not enough for songwriters and record engineers to simply know what they are specifically expected to know because change potentials are inevitable. Creativity is highly required by all occupants of various roles in the music industry(Horning, 2004).Margaret Boden, an Intellectual psychologist defines creativity as “the capacity to develop new ideologies or things that are novel, amazing and valued.
