An ideal job provides an opportunity to progress, learn and contribute to the organization by

utilized for providing social services and welfare of patients in the hospital by carrying out social
campaigns for awaking the people about social justice and equality in hospitals. The resource is
also utilized in providing health care services to patients such as curing of injury, medicines and
other needs during recovery of the disease. Proper training programs are organized for the
employees of hospitals for making them aware of the social justice and equality concept and

Finding and doing an ideal job is necessary for self-satisfaction and for performing best in the
job role. Being a social worker in the hospital sector and providing services for social justice and
