Subject: Application for Trainee Administrative Assistant position
Dear Mr Forster,
Being a very young and motivated individual, I would like to submit an application for the post
of Trainee Administrative Assistant position as per advertised by your organization John Smith
and Associates.
I passed my Higher Secondary examinations and received a certificate for being literary
proficient. This is to clarify that I am capable of handling any conversation within my known
languages. I have fluency in English, Spanish and French. This has granted me with practical
abilities to work and perform efficiently, meeting the desired requirements for the applied job
post.
I worked previously as a Customer Service Assistant for NTL Pt. Ltd. My job role was to
interact with the customers on a face to face basis and also to keep track of the stock exchange
and also the marketing department. I had to keep track of the customer satisfaction department
also and look after its functional ability. There have been a lot of learning scopes in this job
profile. It has been my first job and I handled my job role with great responsibilities. Having
good leadership factors, I could easily look after my allotted tasks. Working in this company I
learnt how to handle situations in emergency purposes and to be completely professional.
I have been appreciated by my fellow professors, mentors, groomers and trainers, for being
serious and maintaining discipline. I have been praised by my teachers for having good
leadership skills. My motive is to gain recognition by maintaining a good profile at my work
place and hence my professionalism will be duly noted by the higher officials.
I would like to meet with the higher officials and appear for an interview, officially. I have
attached my CV along with this cover letter and will be looking forward for your fast reply.
Thank you,
