Influence of selected factors that affect the professional
ethics values in any organization.
Summary of the select article
Examining the relationships among professional
ethical values, commitment and turnover intention is the core
article that I selected. The main aim of this article is to
determine the relationship between professional work ethics
linked with various perception-behavior in an organization.
This article will help to identify my independent variable
(professional ethics value) and dependent variable
(commitment, motivation, turnover intention, and
transparency). The key words in this article are organization,
human resources, and commitment to organization, ethics,
and openness.
Introduction
The goals of this report are to determine the
correlation between professional ethical values,
commitment, and the rate of turnover in intention, motivation,
and transparency among the employee in an organization.
The study will focus on the four questions that will be derived
from this article. The following question will be dealt with:
What is the relationship between the professional ethical
value and commitment in an organization among the worker
in an organization? What is the relationship between
professional ethical value and the turnover intention in an
organization? What is the relationship between the
professional ethical value and the turnover of the workers in
an organization? What is the relationship between the
professional ethical values and motivation of workers in an
organization? The study is important because it is going to

benefit managers in the various organization by linking these
variables with employee behavior in the workplace.
The important questions of the study
What is the Relationship between professional ethical
value and commitment?
In many organization managers and their workers,
their actions are mainly influenced by their moral ethics.
According to Kirimi, Salehi&Gholtash (2014) individual
perspective of what is wrong or right things highly affect their
level of achievement thereby affecting the performance of
the organization toward achieving its goals. For instance, the
employees who arrive at the workplace and start working on
their duty will increase their performance of the organization,
unlike those employees who like being pushed for them to
work properly. In addition, those workers who maintain
ethics in the workplace are more likely to create a favorable
working environment for other therefore minimizing the
conflict within the organization.
In the study that was carried out by Kaygin, Yilmaz et
al (2016) where 210 samples were chosen randomly, the
outcomes indicated that there is a solid relationship among
the two variables. In almost all organization ethics play a
significant function for instance when an organization
decides to carry its activity accordingly it earns the employee
trust and they increase their commitment to the organization.
Therefore organization that enforces on moral value ethics
has more chances of survival and success than an
organization that is reckless and is not transparent on every
aspect of the activity. A successful organization has a good
history of solid moral value. In the study that was conducted
by Caricati, Luca, et al (2014) showed that job satisfaction is
