NARRATIVE EXPOSITORY SERMON1
Luke 7:36-50
In the above scripture from the Bible reflects on the scripture of Luke 7: 36-50 that states
where Jesus the Messiah of God was in the presence of some common people, tax collectors,
scribes and Pharisee (Mouton 2013). There was a Pharisee named Simon who had invited Jesus
to come to his place for a meal. There has never been an instance in the Gospel where Jesus had
failed or let anyone down. In the same town here was a women who had lived a sinful life. As

of respect and repenting for her sins. Then she poured perfume on his feet. Observing all these
the Pharisee told himself that if Jesus was a true prophet he would had known who was touching
his feet and what kind of a sinful life she lived (Phanon 2016)
