1 Introduction The purpose of the research paper is to discuss the non government organization in United States of America. It will examine how the US government is interacting with the chosen organization in order to help the organization to work effectively and efficiently in the long run. The chosen organization for the research paper is Transparent Hands Foundation that is a non government organization in United States of America. The organization is known to provide basic surgery for free of cost to the patients in US and in other countries too. The paper will discuss the structure and roles of the organization in the selected country. The paper will also discuss the policies and procedures which are implemented by the US government to help the organization. The paper in the end will discuss how the US government has chosen various types of National Security Council tools to help the organization. Discussion The Transparent hands foundation is listed at the top ten non government organizations in United States of America. The organization is a nonprofit organization which is known for tackling the major health issues which are faced by the people in Pakistan(Richelson 2018). The organization is known to perform with the help of the fund raising platforms in the US. The nonprofit organization perform various types of free surgeries to the patient at free of cost so that they can lead a safe life with their family. The nonprofit organization hastheir own surgery institutes in most of the part of the South America. It also has its various outlets in few of the hospitals in order to provide free service to the patients. According to the authorLandau (2019) the organization claims that they have an online website where the donors from all around the world can contribute financial help to the organization when possible.
2 The non government organization is dealing with various types of patients in Pakistan who are suffering from surgeries including orthopedic, cardiac arrest, neurology, gynecology and other types of general surgeries. The organization is also trying to deal with more and more patients in the areas of Lahore, placed in Pakistan(Thompson 2015). They are striving in dealing with to bring a full range of surgical specialties in the parts of the country to- help those who are in need of them. The main reason of the nonprofit organization to help the people in Lahore as because most of the people there suffer from various types of chronic diseases just because they belong mostly from the slum areas of the country. The main reason for the organization is to support those people because they The organization is also trying to bring new the new technologies and operational tools which will help them to overcome the surgeries at the right time and at right moment. Average amount of patient who visits the organization ranges from 120 to 260 people every day. The demographics of the patients range from almost around children’s from 20 years of age to mothers and fathers ageing 50. According to the authors (Fukushima & Samuels 2018)most of the patients are from Pakistan that is from Lahore region bringing their children and old aged people with the aim of getting a free and god service. The organization structure mainly comprises of the Board of Directors Executive Directors Staff members, Volunteers

They are known to have a bird eye view over the organization to see whether it is working properly or not. The executive directors of the organization are known for managing and directing the organization. The executive director of the organization checks the day to day operation of the business(Wilson 2016). Which also includes the managing the committees and staffs of the organization, the person is responsible for developing the business plans of the organizations along with the board. The executive director of the nonprofit organization motivates the employees, volunteers, and mentors them when needed by working on chair meetings. The staff members are known to managing various types of tasks which are assigned to them. They are known to select various volunteers who are fully responsible for carrying out the task. The volunteers are the main workers of the nonprofit organization. They are known to carry out various types of task which are allocated to them. They take care of the patents and help their family members in order to proceed with the operations and surgeries. They also have to travel various countries where the organization has their stores. The volunteers are also known for advertising the organization to various parts of the country(Blanchard 2016). They are known to manage and arrange various types of surgeries which will be taken by the surgeons. They also help the nonprofit organization in fund raising activities. According to the author the National Military Establishment is an executive department of the federal government which is charged for the coordination and supervision of maintaining all the agencies and functions which are directly related with the governmental security forces of the country. The DOD or the National Military Department is the largest employer in the world. They help the country by safe guarding the civilians which accounts of 732000 in US. The National Military Establishment is employed with more than 3.0 million armed forces. The organization is also known to help the Non government organization by safeguarding them from any kind of terrorist attacks from other countries in the world. The Central Intelligence Agency is the nation’s a global intelligence. The organization is very straight forward but critical at times, with the aim of protecting the country’s national

The National Security Resources Board is a United States government agency which wss created by the National Security Act of 1947(Tag & Ikeda 2015). The main and sole purpose of the body is to advice the President of the nation at the times of the war. The main areas which are discussed in the part is how to mobilize the natural resources used by the country. The organization helps the non government organizationby making them understand how to use proper man power at the times of need, the natural resources which will be used at the times of war and various types of scientific establishments and arrangements needed by the organization (Quaglia 2016). The National Security Council is a council body which is used by the President of United States for the consideration of the national security, which mat military matters, and other types of foreign policy which matters the senior national security of the country. The council also arms the President for coordinating the government agencies as well as the non government agencies. The council aims to provide various types of services to the non government organizations by providing national security services at different levels.
6 Discuss pros and cons of the various considerations The pros of National Military Establishment are: It will foster unity and bring people from diverse background altogether in the country. Few of the compulsory services will help the non government organization to save money and provide benefit to the citizens. Performing the national services will help the mature people serve as a bridge to adulthood(Wilson 2016). The cons of National Military Establishment are: It is not is mandatory as because the volunteer system of the country is booming. The national services are also known for violating various types of constitutional activities of the country They are most of the times manipulated by rich and unfairly harm others.
