allows the organization to adopt its environment and also help to improve the market position.
Enterprise will evolve to change their policy and procedure as per the requirement of
organizations. A business can be established but it need to successful sustain the enterprise
through the resources such as finance. The Proper market condition is depends on the condition
and situation or demand of consumers (Nissenbaum, 2018). This documentation will discuss
about the nature of business and considered the future growth of organization in the global
enterprise environment. Furthermore, this essay will describe the need and requirement of
individual or organization to manage the responsibly and sustainably. Moreover, it will create

global environment. Society has a adopt the new things in quickly because many consumers are
used the new techniques. It can lead to increase the advantages for both organization and
employees.
The new trends can lead the unexpected consequences that impact on the individual and
business such as life balance, decrease job satisfaction and neglect the long term career
enhancement (Arnold, 2018). The rapidly increases the organization to use modern technology
