The institute that is in focus is the Wall Street English Khobar. The programme which
needs to be undertaken for the school includes application of spoken English and the practical
applicaton in terms of creating conversation between people. The main aim of the programme
is to ensure that learning situation can be provided in a stimulated environment so that
analysis of the study programme can be made. The analysis of the study programme is based
on the manner in which English can be made into a first language in the country and help
every children to learn the language effectively.
Description
The learning situation that needs to be implemented in Wall Street English Khobar is
that the children can be made to participate in a simulated learning environment so that
spoken English skill can be developed. The manner in which the programme can be made as
a learning situation can be understood by the development of a stimulated scenario. The
manner in which the programme can be developed is that the English speaking opportunities
be provided to the children that can help in the future development so that every child can
have a bright future.
The manner in which stimulated environment can help the children is that it can
provide them with an opportunity to interact with one another so that speaking ability can be
developed. For example, the programme can consist of providing the children with the
knowledge of understanding the behaviour of between teachers and fellow classmates. This
can help in providing the children with a sense of developing cognitive senses that can help in
the development of the future. Therefore, a concrete and important training facility can be

developed with the help of the programme so that English speaking ability among the
children can be developed in a proper manner.
Analysis
In order to implement the strategy in a proper manner it is necessary to understand the
support and mentality of the children. The effectiveness of the children can be understood by
the effective cognitive, meta-cognitive as well as the motivational learning activity that need
to be made aware of the children (Biggs, 1999). The analysis of the learning situation can be
made based on the effectiveness of the programme and the manner in which improvement
can be made for the development of the children. Hence, analysis of the situation can be
made based on the effectiveness of the learning activities in the schools.
As stated by Ten et al. (2004) the importance of support in the cognitive mentality of
the children is that it can help the children to understand the manner in which they need to
behave in different situations. For example, it is necessary to provide the children with proper
training so that they can be made to understand the etiquettes that are required for the
development of business. This can help in providing the children with the knowledge of the
manner in which speaking abilities and skills can be developed. As stated by Biggs (1999)
cognitive mentality of the children can be formed with respect to the actions that may be
taken by them in the future.
The cognitive sense can help children to understand the learning activities that are
required for the development of the English speaking ability of the children. In learning
activities the manner in which children can be made to develop the ability to take its courses
can be effective for the development of the future (Ten et al., 2004). Therefore, an example
can be provided that can help in establishing a link between the cognitive mentality of the
children as well as help in the concrete improvement of the children. The manner in which

teacher understand the right and wrong in terms of behaviour and the attitude that is needed
for being with the children (Ten et al., 2004). The same thing can be taught to the children
with the hope that the children can follow similar pattern for its development. In the case of
speaking English emphasise on the phrases that are used and the time at which the phrases are
used is given more priority.
Therefore, it is necessary that motivation be provided to the children so that they can
continue with the development of learning activities at the schools. Biggs (1999) is of the
opinion that the motivation needs to be done keeping in mind the activities undertaken by the
children so that improvement of the activities can be made. The application of affective
teaching and learning activities can provide children with proper understanding of the
methods that are needed for the development of the children in the future. Hence, it can be
said that motivation plays an important role for the development of the activities of the
children and to ensure that motivation is received based on the activities required for
speaking English in a proper manner (Ten et al., 2004).
The application of Meta cognitive teaching ability can help to understand the thought
process of the children. This can be considered as an important teaching ability or teachers
mainly because it can help in understanding the abilities of the children. English speaking for
the children need to be encouraged so that it can help them to be smart and speak with
confidence (Ten et al., 2004). The conversation manner needs to be understood mainly

because the type of language that one uses for communicating with the classmates as well as
the teachers varies. It is important that teachers understand the thought process of the children
by taking into consideration various tests that can help to understand the mentality of the

individual can understand the type of training that is being provided to them. It is necessary
to understand the mentality of the children mainly because it can help to understand and
develop learning strategies that can be used for the development of the children. This can be
used to understand the manner in which English training can be provided to the children so
that they can get a grip of the subject keeping in mind the motivational factors associated
with commencing the conversation between the people (Biggs, 1999). Hence, it can be said
that the application of a cognitive, motivational and Meta cognitive design can help in the
development of the children as well as the teachers.
In this regard, as stated by Edwards (2013) it is necessary that the children develop a
sense of competition between one another in terms of developing the skills required for
speaking. Conversation between the teachers as well as other children can help to understand
the use of language that is required so that development of cognitive understanding can take
place. Hence, it can be said that children need to understand the differences that exists
between the application of sentences with the teachers as well as fellow children (Biggs,
1999). Therefore, motivation need to be provided to the children so that they can develop a
sense of conversation and improve on the abilities that they already possess in terms of
speaking English and making communication.
In this regard, it can be said that it is necessary for every children to understand the
manner in which English can be spoken so that they can develop their abilities (Ten et al.,

2004). Future development need to be maintained so that children can learn the correct words

drawn based on this particular analysis.
Conclusion and future actions
An important and concrete plan for the development of the children can be made
mainly based on the manner in which plans can be made to follow keeping a logical point of
focus. For example, the plan for maintaining a stimulating working environment can be
formed that can help in the development of the children. The planning can be in the form of
maintaining the mentality of the children by conducting a psychological analysis. This can
help in the development of the children mainly because the plan needs to be made for the
development of speaking ability of the children.
It is important to develop a sense of respect on the part of the children mainly because
the guidance needs to be provided that can help them to develop at an early stage. Teacher
guidance can be maintained keeping in mind the application of cognitive learning approach
so that it can help in the development of the activities that are undertaken by the children.
Hence, it can be said that maintaining a proper plan of action can help in the development of
activities that are required for the wellbeing of the future of the children.
