Strengths
 Financial transparency is one of the most
effective strengths of Navy Seal
Foundation. This foundation bears money
for different areas which include program
expense (91.5%), administrative expense
(5.1%), fundraising expense (3.3%),
liabilities and assets (1.3%)

 Government sponsorship and sponsor from
charity navigator is the most significant
strength of Navy Seal Foundation.
 Navy Seal Foundation maintains finance
and accountability transparency which is as
follows:
 Independent voting board member
 Audited financials prepared by
independent accountant
 No Material diversion of assets
 As per annual report of 2016, total revenue
gained by Navy Seal Foundation is
$22,734,749. As expense that the

 Confidentiality of financial data is not
maintained at the workplace of Navy Seal
Foundation.
 Financial manager is not transparent in
leadership skills and quality (Anheier,
2014). Therefore, lack of communication
raised between manager and employees

financial database is manipulated large
