Purpose: Explore a career-related or public interest topic through both an infographic and an editorial essay. Your subject should be a topic you can take a stand on: an issue within your current or future profession or an issue in the public sphere you feel strongly about. In your infographic you will present research to inform your audience about the issue. Your editorial essay will be your chance to express your opinion about the topic and to urge an action for your audience. It will also include research to back up your argument. For your research you should strive to find two to four reputable sources of information about your source. The minimum requirement is two sources, and you must have the sources approved in SWA 8. I highly recommend you use at least one academic source, if not more.
