INTRODUCTION
Business means the activities which are essential to be undertaken for the purpose of
ensuring the attainment of higher-level of profits in the future (Busemeyer and Thelen, 2020).
Thus, it is quite important that the needs and requirements are managed in a highly appropriate
manner. This report will focus on Nestle. It is a Swiss multinational company which provides a
range of products and services to the customers in the market. This report will focus on the
various types of factors which can influence the chosen companies current and ongoing success.
MAIN BODY
Overview of the company- Nestle is a Swiss multinational company which provides
different goods and services in the market. Therefore, it can be stated that the needs and
requirements of the customers should be managed appropriately (Cartwright, Davies and Archer-
Brown, 2021). The company has a proper organizational structure in which there are various
roles which are provided according to the different types of functions which help in managing
the operations of the organization in a highly smooth manner.
Management styles and approaches adopted and their impact on Corporate
Culture- The management in Nestle is done through ensuring that the identification of roles to
be provided to the people within the organization can be determined and therefore this can help
in enhancing their overall level of efficiency and effectiveness level. Thus the work can be
managed in an appropriate way within the organization. Their impact on Corporate Culture is
that it is helpful in ensuring that the identification of the way in which the progress can be made
by the company in the future in a proper manner effectively and efficiently.
PESTLE analysis-
Political factors- These are the factors which impact the organizations because they can
affect the way in which they manage their level of operations. Thus, for an organization
like Nestle it is highly crucial and important that the appropriate steps and actions are
taken according to the prevailing political situations which will thus help a lot in
managing the needs and requirements in a proper manner.
Economic factors- These are the factors which can create a particular level of impact on
the overall profitability of the organization (Curtis, 2020). Thus, for Nestle it is highly
necessary that the overall level of profits can be enhanced in a proper manner by
