Netflix history
Netflix is the best company in the online streaming of video series and other services.
Netflix was founded in the year 1997 in California. It is available around the globe except in
Syria, Crimea, mainland China, and North Korea. The firm is a member of the MPA (motion
picture association). In addition, the firm had over 148 million paid subscribers all over the
globe. The company was started with DVD sales and rental by mail. The firm has expanded
its business in 2010 in which Netflix provides online streaming of videos. The firm has
employed more than 7000 employees (Reuters, 2020).
Products and services
The company has provided an online subscription to its users in which they can access
video and other services, such as download, online view, and many others. The firm has
included different types of video games and web-series for their subscribers.
Primary customers
Mainly aged between 20-60 people are more interested in Netflix, as it has provided
full entertainment using video streaming. I have selected this company because of the growth
of the company and new ideas. It will be a good experience to know about the technical
innovations in the field of online streaming (Clark, 2020).
Customer services
I will learn about the customer services from this project, as Netflix has provided
better services to its customers and it has managed a large number of customers using
advance systems. Moreover, Netflix has ventured with many companies for developing their
business (Waller, 2020). Finally, Netflix has provided better services to its users and the firm
will introduce new services for their subscriber in the future as well.
