Project outline
The target company, Education Community Services Group (ECSG) focuses on
Education services in its bid to provide education services during peak seasons. However, it has
been difficult for the organization to offer sufficient and reliable services making it loose some
students to other competing firms. It is usually a medium sized company with an average of 150-
200 employees. The nature of services offered by organization is quiet sensitive making it
necessary to adopt some of the operational strategies in order to attract and sustain students. To
make its services outstanding, network evaluation and implementation should be done
appropriately in order to align business with required standards (Kolo & Dauda, 2008).
Architecture evaluation
It is important for any organization planning to adopt a new network to carry out a
thorough analysis of the already existing network (Peltier, 2016). The current network is
composed of simple websites that helps students to access required materials as well as upload
any necessary course content to their tutors. Most of the organization run on peer to peer network
access which helps organizational employees to communicate direct with machines. For non-
technical audience, client-server architecture is the most suitable architecture because it makes
minimizes issues such as data corruption and traffic control. With client-server architecture,
organization would be able to manage how services are accessed from within the organization.
Similarly, it would be possible to control who connects and access what content. Some of the
architectural models that are suitable include; Campus Area Network (CAN) and Wireless Local
Area Network (WLAN). Campus area network is supplied to users over the cables and wireless
devices and has no strict security measures while WLAN is distributed over the tools such as
routers. Both of the architectures provide network to required audiences. Selection of campus
