1. Executive Summary
The major objective of this report is knowing about case scenario of a popular and significant project
manager, Charles Pellerin. His respective model for leadership competency was based on two
constant axes, which include continuums of emotional and logical decision making process and
intuited and sensed data preference. When these two above mentioned continuums were merged,
four distinctive leadership styles were introduced that involve cultivating emotional and intuitive
leadership, including emotional and sensing leadership, visioning and logical intuitive leadership and
directing logical and sensing leadership. Charles Pellerin had also discussed regarding efficiency of
project leaders as well as had utilized leadership competency assessment to measure behaviour and
