The report focuses over the challenges and issues faced by Alfmeier Präzision SE
Company in designing and manufacturing products. The discussion in this report focuses
over the different kind of issues that are being faced by the company and also discusses
the ways in which these issues could be resolved based on gaining better benefits. The
leadership characteristics that would be displayed by Erich and his team have also been
discussed well in the report. Based on understanding about the key factors about the
success for the project, the benefits that could be achieved after the implementation of
