2PROJECT MANGEMENT 1. Project outline The paper mainly reflects on the implementation of a network system within a retail organization. It is identified that the organization have expanded its branches in different cities of the country and as a result, the organization faces lot of difficulty in accessing data and information at the same time. In order to resolve this issue, the organization wants to developpropernetworksystemthatwillbeconnectedwithallthebranchesofthe organization so that head office can keep proper track on all the branches effectively by accessing data whenever needed. It is identified that the implementation of the network system will start on 29-05-18 and will get successfully finished by 30-05-18. The objectives of the project are listed below: To Implement network system within the retail organization To access data of all the branches at a time To manage the expanded business operation of the organization effectively. 2. Project requirements The project requirements are mainly divided into functional and non-functional requirements. Functional requirements The functional requirements of the network system for the retail organization are listed below: Authentication:It is identified the network system implementation generally requires proper authentication so that unauthorized users are not allowed within the network system for accessing information as well as data [1].
