Introduction The overall performance of an organization is said to be effective by increasing productivity by having quality network designs that work together with the network devices, which are of high quality and thus benefiting the organizations in so many ways(Merisa, 2017). The selected topology of the network willprofoundly affect the availability, reliability, and performance of the entire system. In this case, if the chosen topology is not the appropriate one to be used for implementation, then we may expect to have a network that fails in ensuring that the systems are well distributed and that the two features reliability and availability are well met in all ways (Bird, 2010). The current space ofPriority Advertising (PA) for operation is not entirely enough at level 10 and level 11 towers in Brisbane Central Business District and thus due to their experience in advertising and marketing and having many new customers there is need for them to enlarge their current space and go somewhere else where they will operate freely . Project Proposal The proposal for the project is comprehensive in the manner that they are dealing with a lot of pieces of equipment. In this case, since the company needs to move into a five-story building, the first idea is how a network design was to be implemented so that they can share data all through the five departments, namely Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Photography, and HR & Accounting. In this case, we need a comprehensive report indicating all the network types of equipment that will handle all the network bandwidth and staff without problems in all aspects. PA is a company that is willing to spend they avoid network failures in the future and thus creating an environment that will make working easy and much more lifting their objectives and standards of work. Problem Statement The issue explanation that should unravel in this report is that Priority Advertising (PA) is moving to another office in Brisbane, which has five-stories located in Brisbane Suburbs. There are a few undertakings that will be related to the relocation of the organization to the new premises, for example, the plan and execution of the system foundation and how it will serve the whole association without issues and meeting every one of their goals. Objectives of Priority Advertising The idea here is explaining some of the goals and objectives that Priority Advertising needs to look upon so that it can have an excellent and smooth network design in all aspects. This sharing goes hand in hand, ranging from information sharing as well as transmission of data 5|P a g e
from any location on the specified network. Some of the significant PA objectives are as shown below. Theproposednetworkinfrastructureshouldenabletheemployeetocommunicate effectively. All employees should use the proposed computer system without difficulties. There will be a need to buy at least three printers. The networking devices need for the network installation to be purchased should be only used in the implementation of the network proposed. Research Methodology This system is involving as it will require the involvement of the management and all the significant stakeholders using the network system when planning the layout of the network in the new building at Brisbane CBD. In this aspect, the project will work well by being divided into differentmodules, suchascreatingitfromscratchbytheuseofawaterfallSoftware development Lifecycle. Project Schedule Table1Project Timeline Schedule 6|P a g e
Table2Table of a timeline schedule Graphic Production Department In this department, high processing devices are required so that the visual production of such graphics will be of high resolution. As explained in the case study, Priority advertising is a company that deals with the advertising of bulky of information, and thus, there is a need for the system that will be selected to be that one which will meet the required requirements such as the one listed below. The memory storage Hard disk storage Number of USB ports The Video Card put in place Sound card Printers Speakers The following are some of the components which may be involved in this department and the minimum specifications as well as a recommendation, as explained in the table below. The following devices need to be installed in Brisbane as well as Sydney Cities in PA offices. 7|P a g e

Data Center Department Table5Data Center Specifications Printers In any organization with regards to printing at that point, there is no compromisation, this because its done on a regularschedule, and along these lines, there willbe an added requirement for Priority Advertising to have a multifunctional printer which will have the option to play out all the particular undertakings without specialized issues in all habits. The augmentation with number of customers cooperating with PA has driven them to relocate from their old office to a bigger office, and since they will be required to employ more individuals at that point there will have to buy quality and hardcore multifunctional printers, for example, Kyocera Taskalfa 8052ci which is a multi-useful and multipurpose printer. 9|P a g e
Figure1Taskalfa Kyocera 8052ci Kyocera Taskalfa 8052ci is capable of doing duplex scanning and printing, and at the same time, it helps in improving the workflow as expected. It comes offers specifications of MFP, which is uncompromising. It has a speed of printing of about 80 A4 or A3 per minute, may it be colored or not colored. It can offer a maximum of about 7650 sheets incapacity. This printer performance is very high, and it's secured with about 8GB storage in for SSD and about 320 GB of HDD, thus enabling that it can be able to handle the printing speed and processes, especially when one is printing images with high resolutions. The managers in Brisbane will need a small printer that will meet the needs of the office as recommended. The printer that will boost their work is that which can print coloring pages can do printing, scanning, and at the same time, photocopy documents. The other requirements that should be available is that one which allows the manager to print double-sided pages and of which the quality is very high(kyocera, 2017). The printer which will servebest in this field is Kyocera ECOSYS M8124cidn, which can print up 24 pages per minute. It is highly recommended in terms of power consumption as it saves energy and thus its components, 10|P a g e

which are a long life, which is known for providing efficiency and reliability, which is unprecedented. Figure2Kyocera ECOSYS M8124cidn Switches The exhibition of the system will incredibly rely upon the system gadgets kind, types and quality being utilized in the connectivities. At the point when the gadgets of the system are excellent, and of high caliber, there is a desire to expand the general execution and business profitability. Cisco Network Convergence System 5000 Series was recommended to priority Advertising as the appropriate switch. This course is exceptionally keen on the way that it can distinguish and channel anything suspicious from the traffic that gets in or leave the system by either permitting or blocking it before it enters the inner system (Cisco, 2016). 11|P a g e
Figure3Cisco Network Convergence System 5500 Series The Cisco Meraki MS225-48 switch is recommended to the management of PA when setting up the network. This switch is used because it has about 48 ports that use crossover connections. It also has features such as Auto-MDIX, thus supporting all the Base Ethernet Connections (Cisco 2018). Figure4Cisco Switch MS225-48 It applies 802.3 security standards and can be used in supporting the power over the Ethernet within its 48 portsDalal, (2014). Another feature of this switch is that it’s maybe used in supporting remote management through the dashboard of Meraki, which is known for being user-friendly and much more very efficient when it comes easy to use. Thereareotherfeaturessuchasdynamichostconfigurationprotocol(DHCP), hostnames, which can be applied fingerprinting, remote diagnostics, and notification alerts, which are done via the email and the SMS. The above feature helps in ensuring that there is a high performance of the network through which the flow can control support and thus helping in the switching capacity. 12|P a g e
WAP (Wireless Access point passageways) can be utilized in encouraging the association of remote associations with the gadgets of the representatives, for example, cell phones, PCs, and tablets among others. For this situation, since PA has restricted assets and compelled spending, it will be prescribed for them to utilize the Cisco Business 100 Series. Figure5Small Business 100 Series Cisco Business 100 series WAP establishment is simple as the arrangement wizards for reconciliations, and electronic arrangement natural is as of now designed for you. It has an extremely rapid association as it utilizes the security principles of about 802.11ac/n which may help in improving the range and the profitability. Server In this case, the backup server is required by PA, especially in situations where there are problems and thus needing them to easily access the site's storage when they need to access such information(Singh, 2014). The film and graphic department is a field that requires a lot of room and space as every day; they must capture and store all that they have obtained. 13|P a g e

Figure6Backup Server This server used for backup is used because it can hold up to about 200 terabytes, which is usually used by many film crews as a source of backup. This backup server is not always applied immediately, but in case of errors or faults, it will be applied in the future when some file misses due to system failures. The Admin can only access the backup server and incase the employees will need access, and then the admin has to give them the rights with close supervision to what they are doing. The three-layered hierarchical design will be appropriate for this system in that it will help devices to perform effectively. This model ensures that the network is divided into three significant layers namely Figure73-Layered Hierarchical Architecture 14|P a g e
Some of the benefits that will be associated with network design models are such as scalability, redundancy, performance, security, and manageability. The conveyance layer is utilized for amassing the information from the entrance layer. The center layer is in charge of the fast which is utilized in exchanging the systems. This layer is the one that has various switches that are utilized for offering high data transmission. The accompanying figure demonstrates an example of what is standard in the system topology of PA. Figure8Network Topology Diagram Network Services At the point when a system is set, the following stage is to get a web association. The organization needs to choose the best supplier who will give them the best administrations by 15|P a g e
thinking about their set spending plans and in this way, helping them in deciding the exhibition of the overall system as far as the speed of the system. The network Access’ supplier ought to be in a situation to help with guaranteeing that there is high accessibility that there will be constantly insignificant or at no instances of personal time experienced in the association concerning the web. ISPFeaturesCost ($) Modem fee of about $150 Activationandinstallationfeeof $200 Broadband is unlimited $250 Internet speed is premium A subscription fee of about 200$ which reduces up to $0 after three years $79 Table6Internet Service Providers Network Management Priority Advertising can apply some services which will help in increasing the productivity of the organization internally. Some of the services are explained below. Application Management This is a service that uses the application server device in offering the management and centralization of the application in the administration(Bradford, 2014). Email Services. Thisservice uses the mail server in sending and receiving emails in Priority Advertising Company. The idea that Priority Advertising has sales, marketing, and advertising departments, there is an expectation of emails to be sent and received across all the departments. File Storage Thisis a service that uses the file server, which has centralized storage, which is used for sharing the files and ensuring all the staff has access to complete and update the data at all times. 16|P a g e

Internet Protocol Allocation Thisis a service that uses a dynamic host configuration protocol in the allocation of IP addresses to the users thus dynamically enabling them to access the internet and other resources used in the network. Network Evaluation Plan Form Table7form of network evaluation and planning Network Address and Subnetting Table8network subnet 17|P a g e
Table9Internet Protocol Addressing Table There are so many situations when the company may opt to use both the public and the private IP as it enhances the security of the network as it shields the individual access of the IP from the outsiders. People will only see the public IP when devices are connected to the internet and cannot use it to trace the private IP, thus making the network more secure(Yang, 2014). This will help PA maintain data security and ensure thatunauthorized users from external networks do not access them(Kaabouch, 2014). Thus, Priority Advertising should use both private and public IPs to make the system more secure and prevent external attackers such as hackers from gaining access to the internal network. 18|P a g e
Budget Summary Table10Budget Summary Future Plans The growth of PA in the next ten years is expected to be rapid in the next five years, and thus the predicted network design is required to cater to the concept of flexibility that will help in allowing future extensibility and scalability. As the network will be increasing; thus, the proposed network design should be set in a manner where it will accommodate all the users without affecting the network infrastructure and performance. If PA would consider the proposed plan, then it will have the benefit of extending its network quickly if there if need be. Conclusions Based on the justifications given and provided, it will be suitable for PA to adopt the design which has been proposed and the network infrastructure to the Brisbane New building.
