1NETWORKING Introduction The networking concept is one of the most advanced and most interesting thing that have evolved in the past few year that have helped a lot in the development of internet in the modern world (Kreutz et al., 2015). This paper provides some of the best and most efficient way how the internet can be used for the purpose of the development of the networking. Network The computer devices in this paper is connect using the networking concept. There have been a number of routers used in the process of the networking. The routers are interconnected using the wires and are further connected to the switches. This switchers are further connected to the computer systems. The internet is passed from the servers to the router and to the computer systems. The flow of the internet is similar to a normal mail sending process. The TCP/IP helps in the process of locating senders and receivers address. Once the receivers address is located by the TCP then information is sent by to the addresses (Chen& Atwood, 2018). The routers are connected with the help of the DHCP or the Dynamic Host control protocol. The DHCP helps in the process of the interconnection of the devices in a network. There are many advantages of the DHCP. One of the major advantage of the DHCP is that thee network manager can put up manual IP addresses for each of the device that is connected (Nunes et al., 2014). Thus helping to process the IP addresses. One of the other major advantage of the DHCP is reduces the chance of duplicate IP addresses in a single network to zero. It further helps in the process of administration of network in a simplified manner. In case of the mobile devices the IP address of the DHCP is automatically generated and hence there is no need of the manual configuration. Apart from the advantages of the DHCP there are various disadvantage of the DHCP servers. The major disadvantage of using the DHCP is, routing cannot be done in between
2NETWORKING two routers when the DHCP is used and hence a major backlog in a network as there comes the need of the relay agents have to be used for the process (Zhang et al., 2014). One of the other major problem is that if there is a single error present, the entire network stops and hence is one of the major backlog for big networks. One of the other major security concern that is been found in the DHCP system is that it does not check for the client authentication hence unauthorised access can be easily made using the DHCP servers. Hence this can be said that use of the DHCP can be helpful as well as very much disadvantageous also (Xylomenos et al., 2014). This is one of the easier process which helps to manage a small network. When there is less number of routers the process of the routing helps a lot in managing the IP addresses (Xia et al., 2015). But the major problem in this is that when there is large number of the networking working on each and every other router for the process of the routing makes it difficult and very much complex. Hence the use of the DHCP helps in the process of auto allocation of the IP addresses or manually and also there is no need of the routing processes. Conclusion The revolution of the internet technology have increased a lot since the beginning of it. There have been a significant amount of increase in terms of speed and cost. The increased speed have helped people to access different information from the world. Other than this the price of the internet have lowered in a very significant amount hence helping the common public to access information in easier manner.
