INTRODUCTION
This report in particular is an essay that is regarding the major topic that is being faced by
the individuals in the general society as well as in the education sector, which is namely
neurodiversity. The report will discuss the meaning and concept of neurodiversity in particular.
The report will also provide statistical knowledge about the group of individuals in comparison
to other groups of individuals, and also provide implications for the effective educative system
below.

The topic of neurodiversity is very vast. This is one of the major reasons to choose this
topic for this essay in particular. neurodiversity is something about which a lot of people across
the world are unaware about (Chapman., 2020). This makes the issue more critical. Through
evaluation regarding the topic or the aspect of neurodiversity in particular the people will get to
know a lot about the topic and will tart working on the factors that they were lacking in which
specifically made the individuals that were in the group of neurodiversity in particular feel more
alienated and also different than that of the individuals who are particularly from the other
groups in particular.
Mental health is something that is spread widely among the people or the individuals
within the society in the present or in the current times. But people do not give it that much
preference, this is because they are not aware about the impacts or the effects of the mental
health issues over an individual in particular (Rosqvist. Chown. and Stenning., 2020). in our
society when an individual is physically ill he or she is provided with full care and also highly
expensive medications too, this is because the issue they have is visible to others and this makes
them usually feel a sense of care for the individual who is hurt physically. Whereas, on the other
hand when an individual is suffering from mental health issues they are not provided with the
same amount of respect and sometimes not even identified as people having any issues, the
issues are totally ignored rather than dealing with them in a soft manner or way.
The topic of neurodiversity in particular is taken in this report for the above- mentioned
reasons and to mainly raise awareness regarding the topic. But what is the meaning or the
concept of neurodiversity in particular? This is the major question that is to be discussed in this
particular paragraph of the report specifically. Neurodiversity in particular refers to the

diversification of the individuals or the people, it is mainly used in the context of the autism
spectrum disorder (ASD) and also other developmental or neurological conditions which mainly
include learning disabilities or even ADHD (Den Houting., 2019). This is a non- medical
condition and this usually happens by birth. This specifically means that the brain of an
individual usually develops or grows in a specific and similar way, but the brain of the
individuals of this group in particular has different struggles as well as different strengths than
that of the individuals whose brains work or develop in a typical manner. This makes them a
little different group of individuals which at times might need a little more care and concern and
also attention than that of the people or individuals of other groups in particular.
The individuals that are a part of this group in particular are not medically diagnosed or are
not even on any regular medications generally. These conditions basically impact the personality
and the nature of an individual and also has a major impact on the learning capabilities of the
individual of this group in particular. the people in this group are different from the disabled

specifically estimated and evaluated that the 10 % of the adult population all around the world is
dyslexic, 4 % are considered to have ADHD in particular, 5 % of the global population has
dyspraxia, and around 1 % to 2 % of the population is considered to be autistic. Neurodiversity is
not only about the challenges, these statistics in particular may present such an image but the
individuals or the people who are neurodivergent also have a lot of strengths which is because of
their different and diversified thinking in particular, which can help the world and the individuals
in particular too. It is estimated that around 11 % of the graduates are considered to be
neurodivergent in particular and almost 30 % of the overall student category can come into the
group or the category of the individuals that are neurodivergent in particular. hence, this is one
of the major groups of people that are impacted or are affected by the ways of teaching by the

neurodivergent in particular. hence, major steps need to be taken by the educators that are
providing education in the educative sector in particular to understand the needs and the
requirements of such students.
Neurodiversity is not a disability. This is what we discussed in the above paragraphs. But
still the people who fall in the group of neurodivergent people or individuals specifically require
some special attention as well as care (Clouder. and et.al., 2020). This not only should be on
parental basis or from the side of the family but also from the side or the behalf of the educators
that are teaching this particular group of students with other groups of students too. For the
educator in particular, he or she must precisely not be biased towards this group or towards other
groups of the students that are being taught by them in particular. the students that are in the
group of neurodivergent individuals should just be taken care of a little bit more. This can
particularly done by asking them questions, making them interact with the class or the educator
themselves, making them study certain important topics so that they can understand other ones
by relating either of the topics, by making them feel more involved and also not make them feel
low or lacked behind from the overall class in any way. Also, arrange campaigns for students to

understand the major topics like these so that they might also get to know that this is not
something bad or to be made fun of.
