Part 1
Introduction
According to Hornstein (2015), the development of improved project plans had been
largely induced with the consideration of the implementation of the project management
practices. The project management allows the application of the effective processes and methods
for the deployment of the project activities and alignment of the improved processes for the
integration of the effective and improved project development. The project management had
aimed for the production of the effective end products favouring the development of the
improved operation development. The changes in project activities would benefit the
organization for performing better in development of the improved activity development.
The following report is made for the project of New Arts and Culture Festival and the
project plan for the event execution has been made in this project. The methodology
considerations have been executed for analysing the traditional, agile, XPM, and PMX planning
methods. The completion of the study would enable the implication of the effective and smart
project management considerations. The five stages of PMLC model include the process of
initialization, plan development, development, monitoring, and closing. The project planning
consideration would be made for analysing the considerations made for the execution of the
project of New Arts and Culture Festival. The risk management process would help in analysing
the factors of risk and development of the understanding for the risk response plan. The project
stakeholder management is used for the development of the effective alignment of the
operations.

1. Methodology Considerations
The methodology considerations have been executed for analysing the traditional, agile,
XPM, and PMX planning methods. The completion of the study would enable the implication of
the effective and smart project management considerations.
Traditional: The traditional is a successive project administration improvement strategy
that has been in utilized dominatingly in all little scale enterprises. The exercises of the strategy
are adjusted directly and the fulfilment of every one of the stage must occur before the following
one could start. The traditional undertaking administration approaches incorporate start,
arranging, outlining/creating, execution/arrangement, and shutting.
Agile: The agile is a greater amount of an iterative technique for the sending of the
enhanced exercises and arrangement of the viable ramifications improvement. The agile
approach is iterative in nature and the arrangement of the exercises and development of the task
design advancement. The duration of the agile approach are start, arranging, planning, creating,
observing, and shutting. The duration of the coordinated is framed with the assistance of the
shaping the arrangement exercises.
xPM: The Extreme Programming or xPM does not think about the entire examination of
the task exercises. The xPM is described by misty objective and arrangement. The undertaking
chiefs would need to gather just the key and fundamental data in this philosophy. The exercises
would be executed for framing the improvement of the tasks.
MPx: Turner (2016) has stated that MPx has clear solution for the project. It can be
utilized for innovative work projects. However, it is unable in indicating any objective for the
