Executive Summary
The report is capable of analyzing the nine building blocks of Persollo Company which is one of
the new innovative companies present in Australian economy. The BMC of company has been
successful in analyzing that there are web designers and web applications which make the
company highly efficient in nature than the other companies which are termed as the major
competitors in the economy. The downside risks of the company are improved in an efficient
manner with the following aspects:
There should be maintenance of proper flexibility in operations of the business that will
be making the business highly successful
The segmentation needs to be implemented for introducing the separate and niche group
of customers for improving their operations successfully
