Work breakdown structure is used for the purpose of delivering phases oriented
hierarchal set of work that is executed with the help of project team. Work breakdown structure
includes three levels so that it becomes easy to manage the details of the work (Sharon & Dori,
2017). The work break down structure helps in organizing the work and ensures that specific
person is assigned for managing the activities.

Gantt chart is referred to a graphical tool that is used for the purpose of managing the
different activities associated with a project. This focuses mainly on determining the time period

that is needed for executing a task (Papke et al., 2017). The Gantt chart is used for the purpose of
tracking the project schedules. The major benefits that are offered with the use of Gantt chart are
that it helps in increasing the clarity and manages the multiple tasks. The communication process
also becomes efficient with the help of Gantt chart. The flexibility within the project also gets
enhanced (Talman, 2018). Hence it can be stated that with the help of proper project
management tool it becomes easy to manage the activities.

Project duration: The project is expected to be executed within 50 days. The key phases that
are related with project execution include project and course administration, IT system and
training, and renovation works. The project needs to be executed within 50 days so that it can
meet the requirements of the CEO.

Completion date: The project will be executed by 13/05/2020.
Comment on project schedule: Project schedule tends to play an essential role in determining
the project success rate. It becomes very much essential to manage the projects on track so that
realistic time frame can be determined effectively. An effective project scheduling helps in
reducing the overall costs and also ensures that the customer satisfaction rate has also increased.
The project schedule is designed for the purpose of providing better support towards the CEO.
The project is set with keeping in mind certain key factors that includes; the starting date for the
project is set to be 2/03/2020 as 1st March is Sunday. Saturday and Sunday are considered as
non-working days. Apart from this the public holidays are also marked as non-working days.
This includes 1st may 2020 Labour day, 7th may 2020 Wesek day and 10th May 2020 Nuzul Al-
Quran. The activities are divided into sub parts so that it becomes easy to understand the flow of
work. In the project schedule the red path marked is the critical path. Critical path is referred to
the longest distance between the start and finish associated with the project (Larsen et al., 2016).
The main reason behind determining the critical path within the project schedule is that it helps
in defining the important tasks and the critical activities that needs proper attention. Hence it can
be stated that with an efficient project schedule it becomes easy to manage the business process.
