Introduction
Advancement in technology is resulting in frequent change within technology. As a result,
new technology introduction to industries is increasing (Berger, 2019). But this has resulted in
creation of one of the main and most prominent business issue which is adaptability of new
technology. Various kinds of business are today focusing issues in terms of adaptability of new
technology within business (Haseeb and et. al., 2019). This report will lay emphasis upon
‘Adaptability of new technology business issue, and ways in which this issue is affecting various
organizations in both positive and negative manner. Further in this report, future implications of
adaptability of new technology will be provided.

Positive effects of Adapting to new technology issue on companies
Adaptation of new technology can directly impact an organization in many different
ways. But mostly in positive manner if its adaptation is done positively. A study of (Van Zyl,
2020) has clearly heled in explaining that appropriate and effective adaption of new technology
within organization can directly help in enhancing productivity of employees. Various
components of new production technology positively impact upon different group of employees
as well as upon their skills as well as upon their knowledge. Effective change within productivity
of employees can also be observed or obtained with the help of new technology on the basis of
different criteria’s such as on the basis of age, skills, knowledge etc. (Van Zyl, 2020). From
study results of (Van Zyl, 2020) it was also identified that overall productivity of lower skilled
employees can also be enhanced with the help of appropriate and effective adaption of new
technology. However, as per the results of (Flatt and Taylor) adaption to new technology can
directly help in reducing various kinds of barriers faced by organization. In health nd social care
industry as well adaption of new technology can enhance effectiveness of treatment, reduce risk
factor associated with new technology, and can also help in providing high quality and effective
treatment and therapies to patients. Access to advance technology can further help hospitals in
enhancing overall experience of patients and can also make treatment much cheaper. This clearly
helps in understanding that proper adaption of new technology can impact organization in
positive manner.

existing polices, additional training provision to employees (Flatt and Taylor, 2018). According

operations, changes within existing schedule. Not only this cost of maintenance of new
technology is also high and constant improvement within operations of organization are required.

PART-2 REFLECTIVE WRITING
Reflective writing refers to a mode of writing that is related with the aspect of aspect
making an interpretation and expression of ideas and learning through the mode of writing
(Williams, Woolliams and Spiro, 2020). It involves the personal experiences and terminologies.
During the course of my module I have learned various aspects including note taking,
research skills, evidence based learning, and various other learning. This learning is further
supported with the learning of academics and the reflection including the Gibbs reflective model.
During session 2 I had learned the concept of referencing that how they add value to the
writing and the research material. I have learned the method of Harvard referencing. I had
understood that with the mode of referencing the authenticity of the material and writing would
be raised. For example:

impersonal. I had also learned that how to write essay. I had understood that the data meaning

During session 4 I had developed my knowledge regarding the journals that how it will
be useful in the referencing and how to make an adequate classification and identification of the
journal in accordance with the concept. This has raised my knowledge regarding referencing.
During session 5 I have learned that how to make identification among the articles,
books, peer reviewed article and various other. This week I have also learned the research skill

research in the textbooks and in which terms of the media will be used for research. I have also
