INTRODUCTION
University can be defined as an institution which provide facility for teaching as well as
research. in the same way the University is also authorized to grant academic degree. Academic
integrity as well as handling of academic misconduct is high concentrated in the University
(Kouatli, 2018). University can also be defined as a place which is used for providing the
knowledge to students along with a consideration towards the academic integrity.
There are various stakeholders which are associated with University who play an important
role in terms of enabling knowledge as well as support the University in its working and
operation. The major stakeholder includes the students, staff, community group, professions as
well as government. These stakeholder plays an important role in the creation of University
because with the active role of staff of University the plans as well as the operation of the
business will be able to operate (Mtahabwa, 2020). Likewise, with the active role of
professionals the teaching can be made possible in University. Government also plays an
important role in terms of granting the funds as well as providing the affliction without which the
University cannot operate its function and operation. In the same way without the presence of
students the University will be no worth because the University actually serves its services
towards the students (Fowler, 2021). Hence it would be right to said that the concerned
stakeholders play an important role in respect to building up of University and its functioning.

personnel who have interest in the health management. With the construction of University in the

raising the career prospects for the future of the students. The University will also provide an
important lead towards the healthy development of society. However, on the other hand the
construction of the University would negatively impact the society in terms of affecting the
societal norms and the ethics. This is because the construction would require a big space that
may affect the local community and the people who are living there. With the construction of the
society in the local community area the lifestyle as well as the way of living would be impacted
(Rootzén and et.al., 2020). The University construction would also lead to impact the
surrounding environment and thus ultimately affect the society and its associated people. With

towards the health, social as well as environment. As the University was made in the context of

RECOMMENDATIONS
From the above report it can be recommended that:
Creating awareness about health:
The establishment of new university, can be further improvised in improvising healthcare
impact by bringing awareness about specific factors related to healthcare goals among people. It
can be also analysed that new health impact can be maximised positively, for bringing new
extended diversified improvement in healthcare aspects among people. By establishing new
university among city, extensive developed healthcare awareness can be diversified productively
and improvise wider technical vision
Sustainable practice:
The practice of sustainability is highly recommended to the University so that it can
minimise the negative impact towards environment. In the same way with the practice of
sustainability the construction of the University would be made in such a manner that it will lead
to minimise the negative impact and challenge along with raising the opportunities and benefits
(Solaimani and Sedighi, 2020). The recommended sustainable practice that can be recommended
would include the solar power, green insulation, use of low emitting material, zero energy
building design and various other. With such practices the environmental impact can be
minimised in terms of reduction of carbon footprint.

Construction in outskirt location:
In order to overcome and deal with the challenge of society it is recommended to the
society that they need to perform the construction in outside location so that it will not affect the
habitat of people. In the same way with the construction in outskirt location the society issue will
be resolved because it will not make direct harm to the people and their lifestyle. On the same
way it will further raise the opportunity in terms of building health professionals for the future
society. This will also lead to make betterment of the society in terms of creating professionals
and enabling education.
