Job ResponsibilityRecruitment, training and supervision of Staff membersCreating and Managing budgets for the fitness centre.Enhancing profitability by creating marketing campaign to attract members in the fitness centre. The director has to ensure that the marketing and promotion of the fitness centre is based on SMART objectives and should monitor and evaluate the process of marketing campaigns.Responsible for keeping and maintaining financial records.Ensure the compliance with health and safety legislation.Should be open to the idea of meeting for the purpose of business development.
