successfully manage all task of business and attain desired
goals. Management practices help organisation to correctly

Through proper management of staff business
performance and productivity level could be significantly
increased and this will assist in accomplishment of desired
goals. Keeping up with fitting staffing in healthcare facilities
is fundamental to giving a safe workplace to healthcare
personnel and safe patient care (Jacob and Garba, 2021).
While staffing shortages are expected, healthcare facilities
and businesses, in collaboration with human resources
and word related wellbeing administrations, should utilize

are several factors which will lead to have direct impact on
staff short. It is essential that respective organisation is

extra work lead to create stress to individual and due to this
they leave organisation. lack of proper compensation to
