second largest mobile phone maker by 2012 after Samsung, the market share of the
company is 22.5% for the first quarter of 2012.
Nokia's used to be are the front in terms of innovation in the mobile industry that had
huge market share of mobile phone.

Problem identification
The problem identified in Nokia is related to the marketing is its
unsuccessful strategy of umbrella branding, also iPhone is one of
the first company that is use this model for marketing and set on
top also Samsung followed same in order to involve the Samsung
Galaxy series on the other hand, Nokia failed for taking cues.
However, it can already in the market by its rivals
and affected uniqueness of innovation.
