This article is an in-depth analysis and campaign of the Gawad Kalinga program. The study will use analysis of media texts and websites. The main goal of Gawad Kalinga is to end poverty for 5 million families by 2024. The proposed budget is summarized in a table. The project management challenges for non-profit organizations are discussed. The group dynamics are also associated with the size, structure, norms, values, and role of the group.
