1.0SUMMARY PROJECT CONCEPT 1.1BACKGROUND The project is developed for forming the effective and improved construction activities for building conventionandartcentreforNoosa.Theconstructionactivitieswouldresultinformingthe development of the art and convention centre for Noosa.
