INTRODUCTION
Success is dream of all the individuals and all of them prepare for it at their college time
by enhancing their skills and developing their knowledge about different elements. This report is
based upon developing portfolio for a future job that includes various elements such as ideal job,
job description, person specification etc. Along with this, resources available to use and facilitate
the job finding process are also covered in this report.
MAIN BODY
a. Ideal job
I am currently studying Business management so I am willing to be a General manager in
big retail job. It is my idea job for which I am studying business management. Reason behind
selecting it is my good communication and leadership skills that will help to work on this profile.
b. Job description for the role
The document that keeps detailed information regarding a job profile is known as job
description. With the help of it individuals may get aware of all the responsibilities and roles
which are required to be played by them after joining the company (Bayley, Chambers and
