nuclear facilities are carried out with proper guidelines and the protection of the environment and
the public at large. This brochure discusses a lot of proposed actions by the commission which

However, the document does not talk much about stakeholder involvement which is very crucial
in the nuclear industry. This document is very relevant in the module of rules and regulations
since it talks about the process of rulemaking.
