nurses working in our hospital for the learning needs. He will be a fantastic supportive individual
for students like me who seek progression in their professions. For teaching materials, key steps,
general healthcare procedures, and other associated study aids, I can count on him.

Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the
MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Beryl taylor had been my previous emergency room
nurse manager. I aspire towards her attributes in competence, and also her integrity. She is
among the few executive figures who have shown wholehearted support to health care nurses
seeking further study. She trusted in my skills, and gave me the chance of becoming an
emergency room nurse preceptor. It helped me to understand that seeking learning would
encourage me to go on with my profession.

Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the
MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Dr. Chan likes to be just a Clinical Mental Health
Registered nurse and the cause I want her to be apart from the performance with me is that I
know how good she was as an RN nurse, offering her everything to her patients and keeping
them safe and supplying them with advice about how to achieve significant progress. Her
primary objective has always been every patient's health, physical, and mental well-being. Dr.
Chan has inspired me to pursue my career because I was a mental health nurse on the pediatric
unit where Dr. Chan was the supervisor. Dr. Chan has and always will be a source of strength to
me and a real nurse to reach up and seek advice.

or can be said he is a FNP and has a MSN degree. He serves for the Chicago Blue Cross Blue
Shield Organization. He has highly literate and expertise with psychiatric patient treatment. He
will be a great role model in assisting me identify particular mental disorders and recognize
different treatment methods. His first-hand experience of coping with psychological health
problems which he is able to express to me will be a good place to start for my career progress.
Notes: He has more than 15 years of work experience as a registered nurse in various clinical
fields which mostly function as a psychiatric nurse. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, he
used to train the nurses as an educator.
