INTRODUCTION
Nursing is defined as the art and science where they are related with any patient with
heart and mind. As per this, nursing is aspect which used to provide care to their patient in
orderable manner. In addition to this, nursing as a profession which is based on the healthcare
sectors and focus on the care of individuals families and communities the used to maintain
optimal health with their specific knowledge and skill, they improve the quality of life of the
patient (Dubey and et. al., 2020). Moreover, the nurse is may be differentiated from the health
care provided by their approach to patient care training and practices which is based on their
scope. Whereas, nurses’ practice in many special at specialities with different level of
prescription authority, as per the days some of the tasks for the nurses are challenging and create
various hindrance. In order to this, there are major task ok which is arrive as a challenge for the
nurses. In this report, the discussion is based on the major problem or issues which is faced by
nurses in their healthcare sectors these problems are usually create challenges for the nurses in
order to provide the better quality of health and care to the patient. As per this, there is no any
general problem or any issues which is related with the government policies or regulation this
challenge is usually faced by nurses with their individual roles and responsibilities (Knight and
et. al., 2017).

There are a number of problems faced by nurse in their healthcare sector. As per this, it is
well estimated that there are some major problems which is not related with general scenarios or
regulated by government regulations. In order to this, these problems are specifically and
individually faced by nurse in their working places as per this it is well analyses that nurses are
the core part of any healthcare sector where they usually serve the patient with an appropriate
manner and provide them quality of care. But, sometime due to some interface this is challenges
and delivering the quality of care and quality of health. In this, the major problem is faced by
nurses in their working place by the act of healthcare sectors which is relatively administration of
the healthcare or by the patient who is arriving in order to take particular treatment and diagnose.
In this, workplace mental violence is widely creating a broad spectrum in the healthcare setting.
